I think the CBC blew half its budget on The Tudors because the whole time that I lived in Toronto, every bus and every subway car was plastered with Jonathan Rhys Meyers' pouting face and ten yards of cleavage. Now thanks to an awesome birthday gift given to me by some of my friends and some b-day cash from my mom I was able to pick up a copy of "Dragon Age Origins" and let me tell you I have not been able to find anything bad with it.

It's quite a well put together game and I believe that I'll be playing it for quite some time to come.

Also, I'm gonna have to pickup another Play Station Network card so I can pick up the "Warden's Keep" DLC pack and the rest of the Sgt. Peppers Album for Beatles: Rock Band.

But the big gaming news is the fact that sometime soon I'll be playing in a tabletop game, something I haven't done in a couple of years.

What's really surprising is that it's a D&D game, something I've never done in an ongoing game setting (all of my D&D games have been one-shots).

Actually, Heather asked me today if I always get depressed on holidays. She said that I did; I really didn't remember, but Mom says I do, too. How odd. I wonder what the source of that is?

Anyway, I'm feeling better now (like, right now, this moment, though I make no assumptions about later) and today we're going to Miss Molly's Tea Room for brunch (the scones alone are worth the trip). So I'd like to make a character and go have some breakfast.
